Personal Training £40 Including Gym Entry Fee

Initially we will try to get to know you on an individual level and to learn about your unique requirements, hopes, aims and goals. Although it is true that personal training is mostly about physical training, optimal health and fitness runs deeply into the psyche of a person and your mental state being correct is key to success and to breaking through barriers. You may suffer from anxiety, depression, low self esteem, general trauma, PTSD and any number of psychological conditions. These are what make you who you are, we want to know the real you, warts and all. 

The personal training sessions are held within a fully equipped private gym (or at Bannatyne Folkestone if you are a member) that is specifically for personal trainers to train clients, which means that at the most the gym will only have another personal trainer and another client in it along with us. However, if you prefer full privacy please call before booking and it can be arranged for it being a purely 1 on 1 environment – we fully understand that when you are new to a fitness environment having other people around can be off putting. 

There are two fully equipped gyms that we use, one is in Cheriton and one is at Park Farm, if you have a particular preference regarding which one you would like to use please call when you book, otherwise we will book the one with the best availibility.
